The making
Named, graded and disclosed before purchase, never after. If a material cannot be stated plainly it does not enter the collection.
Small workshops, vetted in person, paid properly. The list is short because the standard is not negotiable.
Discretion
Plain outer, neutral sender, no mark anywhere a courier can read it.
Statements carry a neutral descriptor. Data kept to the minimum the law allows, and deleted on request.
